I am a jio fiber user . On 15th July my jio fiber stopped working . I called at the service centre that assured a quick engineer service. Today it is 20th July , not even one engineer visited inspire of my registering three complaints. My job relies on wi fi to a great extent. I spoke to the local service providers too but I’m vain.
