Respected sir/madam

As I have used airtel app On 15.04.2020 at 11.12 am To recharge my airtel prepaid Number 9791339101 for the amount of ₹219.00. The amount ₹219.00 had been debited from my bank account At 15.04.2020 at 11.12am. But the recharge had not be done. I tried to complaint on the airte customer care toll number of 121. But the call did not get connected. So please take this mail as a complaint and chech for the problem I have faced. I am just pleasing you to refund my amount of ₹219.00. Thank you.
