Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to bring into your kind notice that I was asked to pay Rs 50/-:in cash at Airtel store situated at Mount Road Extension, Sadar, Nagpur for new SIM card.
I had visited Airtel store today with my daughter to get her a new sim card. I am one of its old customer using Airtel from long time. My daughter who is also an Airtel customer from quite long time..she wanted another SIM for her office purpose.
At the store we were told that company is providing free SIM card but I have to pay Rs 300/- for activation and other charges. I agreed to pay 300/- by my debit card..The person at the counter told me to pay 250/- through debit card and 50/- by cash. I paid 250/- through debit card and 50/- by cash. When I asked him for a receipt he refused to give , but told me that he cannot give any receipt telling I would be getting Rs 50/- cash back when I rechare the mobile for 4 times.
I just wanted to ask, what curruption is going in this organization ? For which i want to know…
