I am not satisfied with your mobile connection so I requested for new broadband connection by paid 3 month billing amount in advance Rs.2820 but connection was given after a week later. After connection given in a week time new modem got issue so again I can’t able to use your connection for the past 1 week. Within this week time 2 to 3 times people visited but finally after a week they given new modem. Again after a week there is no internet connection from modem so I again raised complaint but still no response before sending this mail I called your customer care service centre I said not to raise bill for this month when I can’t use your internet service properly but if your technical team people if not coming to sort out my issue today this month bill should not generate and I said to cancel my connection if bill generated for this month. Also I said to refund my other 2 months money back. When i was saying this to your customer service agent he disconnecting my call is this how your customer service agent works worst ever service. His name is Harish.
