AS SPOKEN WITH THE TATA SKY CALL CENTER PEOPLE THEY HAVE INFORMED WITH 24 HRS THE ISSUE WILL BE SERVICED BUT THE SERVICE RENDERED BY THEM BEING IMPROPER AND EMOTIONAL ATTACTS AND BECAUSE OF IT I MY WORK IS GETTING DESTROYED I LOST MY PER DAY SALARY FOR NOT LOGIN. FROM MORNING 19/2/2021 CALLING TO THE TECHNICIAN THEY ARE PROVIDING THE FALSE INFORMATION THAT THEY ARE DOING THE WORK. THE CALL CENTER PEOPLE ALSO ARE LIEING THAT IN OUR COMPLETE AREA HAS A ISSUE BUT WHEN I SAW MY NEIGHBOUR NETWORK IT IS WORKING FINE. EACH TIME THEY TELL 1 HOUR 30 MINS THEY DONT DO IT AFTER THE WORD GIVEN BY THEM . THE MONEY PAID BEEN WASTE . THIS ISSUE IM FACING FROM THE DAY ONE. THE REASON OF THIS ISSUE IS THEY DONT MAINTAIN THE FIBERS PROPERLY WHICH IS IMPACTING THE RANGE OF CONNECTIVITY. NO PROPER RESPONSE AND NOT PICKING THE CALL. SOMETIME THE CALL CENTER PEOPLE WILL PLACE A CALL ON HOLD FOR 15 MINS IF WE ASK TO TRANSFER THE CALL TO SENIOR AND THEY ARGUE WITH THE CUSTOMER AND GIVE SOME WRONG INFO WHICH IS COMPLETELY ESCAPISM REASON THE PICTURE ATTACHED SHOWS THE MAINTAINANCE OF THE FIBER.
