namaste,
i have an issue regarding paytm login. I lost my old sim ,i could not get back the old sim, so i contacted paytm customer care and they told me to send proofs, i have send all the proofs, i got a reply like , “please make your paytm balance=0 ”
As they requested i made it 0.
it been more than 20 days, no reply from them.
everyday i am calling them, but they are telling , they will resolve issue as soon as possible
That “as soon as” has become more than 15 days,
so, i want to complain about this issue
