Brought a product (Fire Boltt Smartwatch Ninja Calling) from Amazon. Device is not working after 15-20 days. Registered a complain on their official Email Id. They picked my defected smartwatch after 3-4 days and promised me to deliver the new Smartwatch once they receive the defected one. Defected device reached their place but no response from their side. After 10-12 days I had sent a mail to request about my smartwatch. After 3 days I have received the apology mail that we are not having this smartwatch in our stock for replacement. So we request you that we can provide the coupon of the same amount. You can use this coupon on our official website (FireBoltt official Website Only).
The point is this that I have purchased this smartwatch @ Rs 1999 on Amazon. Now this same watch is on their official website @ Rs 2499. They are providing me the coupon of Rs 1999 where If I want to purchase the same, I have to pay 2499.
WHY SHOULD I PAY Rs 500 MORE??
Also, If you are not having this smartwatch in your stock, Then how you can sell this same on your Official Website??
