I ordered food from Zomato. Where i ordered Idli sambar where idli came completely dipped inside sambhar hence the idli got completely soggy was not even tasting good. On which i reached out to customer support chat of zomato on which first my chat was closed as i was not online for 10min whereas i was made to wait for 6 minutes but later as i was on my shift and couldn’t continuously stay online so my chat was firstly closed in 13 minutes. When i saw it was fair from their part but later post my shift i again went on chat option i again did the formality again initiated a chat. Within 5 minutes again my chat was closed now this time i was online i was talking to the customer support person being online still they closed the chat. I re tried initiating a chat but i was not allowed to and neither did Zomato approached for the same.
