Text of Complaint by Mandar Patil:

Ordered Scooter for kids from amaon.in. Scoter delivered on time but is defective.

I raised return request on same day and seller approved it on 31/05/2020.

Since then three agent came to pick up item and refused to take it as they don’t have capacity to carry big box. Fourth time amazon said, I have to courier it to their facility for refund, which I rejected.

 

Until now, I called amazon cust care 7 times without any output. Customer care is not helpful and just want to disconnect call with providing proper solution to customer.

 

Moreover, they cancelled my Amazon price membership in between without any reason and said it is expired in 10 months. I sent them invoice copy where they can see 1 Year subscription ending in Sept 2020. I yet to receive response from them on this matter too.

 

Overall very bad and pathetic service from Amazon in India. I used Amazon service outside India before and there customer has highest regards. In India these foreign companies don’t give any respect to customer.
