Item was purchased on 6 december 2021 and product was not as per instructions given so refund was initiated . Return request was approved but till now i.e 2nd jan 2022 nobody picked up item nd there was no refund made . Its a fraud nd cheating case . Not going to trust amazon again for my purchases.
