i booked a package on 8th november 2020 at 4.20 p.m. with awb no 4867511288895 for transit via “delhivery” thru my account on shiprocket. it was suppposed to be picked up on 9th november 2020 . but as of 11a.m.on 12th november 2020 the parcel is yet to be picked up by “delhivery” and they are posting fake remarks that the package is not ready when their person went to collect.but in fact the truth is that “delhivery” has not even contacted us regarding the pickup and the are posting fake messages in the tracking status.this is happening with me for the 7th time now. i wonder whether there is no accountability of these e-com websites and the courier companies.
