The basic service extension pack doesn’t even support outgoing sms. Rs.99
For sending even 1 sms, I need to recharge with 155 rs unlimited pack. Why is this even costly for sending outgoing sms which is a basic functionality.
There is no separate sms packe for 1,2 or so many days.
No flexible options.
I’ve main balance, but sms is not allowed using main balance too.
It is very disappointing.
Do some changes in the recharge plans that would help above situations.
