Hi
I have recharged 79 rs top up in airtel on October 5th no network was provided for me on the month of October.
I taught it was my mobile issue and bought new mobile in November and recharged for 129rs 1 month unlimited. And still no incoming call and outgoing then I reached airtel showroom and they changed to new sim for the same number and got activated in 5 hrs
Still same issue no incoming call and outgoing call
I tried to contact customer care they asking to press 1 2 3 …
After that when connecting to customer care representative they are telling no balance to further proceed the call
I have recharged unlimited pack the machine is replying no balance
This issue is not sorted by airtel by any means and they don’t care about customer
They just getting customers money into their pocket and not given any service
79 recharge date – Oct 5th 2021
129 recharge date – Nov 6th 2021
Not working since October.
No support from airtel.
Network is more important I have gone through a serious problem due to this network issue and missed important things which cannot be regained
If this issue is not further sorted I’ll will have to sue airtel for such scam.
