I had ordered two dresses on trendywestern on 7th Nov 20, Order No. TW17638 and also made online payment of INR 998. There are no shipping details available nor are they updating me about order shipment or refund status since then. I have been continueously following up with the only communication source made available by the website which which is support@trendywestern.com. They have responded to me yet about my order nor are they refunding back my money. I think this is a fraud website company and a strict action should be taken against this company. I have also googled and found a contact no. 9832913463 who does not respond and keeps asking my personal bank details such as PIN etc for refund. Attaching the complete communication on followups I made with Trendywestern.
Please take strict action and assist me getting my money back.
