Text of Complaint by Debanjana:

I ordered a pair of sandals on 2nd of april, 2021 and till now (its been 10 days) no order confirmation mail or updates. Mailed them in the registered email address on ‘lyosworld@gmail.com’ on their product page; but no reply in mails too. Already online payment also completed. Need some action on it please.
