Since last two years I have been escalating, nearly 60 odd escalations but nothing has been done by Jio other than assigning service requests and closing them. The Engineer named Sandeep had visited in Sep 2018 and confirmed there is no network at all at my residence, for which he assured in couple of days he would be setting up a small box at the balcony which would resolve this issue. But since then he disappeared and Jio Customer care as usual bluffing by giving false promisses. First I used to hear from them, the team is working and it would beed 90 days, and this became 180 days deadline and now they are saying the team is working to resolve and it takes 360 days. In true sence it is just a bluff and nothing is happening in reality.
