Since the last couple of weeks I am sending requests to paytm to resolve one issue related to payment gateway integration on my business website. Their chatbot service is pathetic. It does not understand my problem. Even after raising written requests and clearly mentioning that I need to speak to an agent, Paytm is offering me nonsensical responses.
