In the Tata sky app, if we are making payment through a credit or debit card there is an option that saves the card for future uses. But once it is saved there is no option to remove those stored cards in the app or in the website. When I contacted the customer care service they themselves told that there is no option to remove any saved card and kept insisting me to contact the bank. It’s well within my rights to choose whether a card should be saved or not.

It is not ethical on the part of TATAPLAY being a TATA group adopting following practices,
1. Saved cards can not be deleted
2. TRAI guidelines provides that FTA channels should be as per customer choice, whereas TATAPLAY is determined by them.
3. If we write to customer care and all, they don’t care to espond.
