Since Lat 4.5 Months, w.e.f 15th October, 2022 SATURDAY, OUR PLIGHT SUNDER NIKETAN BUILDING, LOCATED IN KANDIVALI:-(WEST), MUMBAI:- 400-067, MAHARASHTRA, INDIA., ARE NOT GETTING INDOOR AS WELL AS OUTDOOR COVERAGE. Though we lodge the complaints many times through writing them the emails and calling their customer care numbers, our problems has remained un-resolved. This has led to 03rd Time in our area; First time in April, 2021 which continued for 15 -17 DAYS. Second time in August, 2021 which led to Entire One and Half Month. Third Time Since October, 2022 and it still persists. Nearly 500-800 People are affected from our society and nearby society of our area and amongst them, the most affected people are SENIOR-CITIZENS. This Senior-Citizens, have to overall come to Main Road for make and Receive Calls. Imagine, if something uncertain happens to them, who will be held liable. Will the Telecom Company or their Well-Wishers ? We all nearly have made complaints to the respective service provider nearly 150 times, but they have and they are still, have crossed their limit for harassing us just because we pay our money on time so that our services, shall not led to discontinuance. But when we pay our HARD-EARNED MONEY On Time, we don’t get services. This is their So-Called Ethical Approach towards their VALUABLE CUSTOMERS. With Not Only that, I have written the emails to TELECOM REGULATORY AUTHORITY OF INDIA as well on O2nd November, 2022 WEDNESDAY, but no response from them. After that, I have written the email to Appellate Authority of Respective Service Provider with fulfilling all formalities of Sharing teh Screenshot of GNET Lite Screenshot to actually make them realise what issue actually we all plight our facing, but no resolution. Until How Long we all have to face this ?? We all are losing strength of staying patient. We can’t see our Senior-Citizen affected anymore. We all request you to please look into this and help us in getting Resolution. I hope my message you’ll find in High-Spirit
