I had paid a sum of Rs 780/- for prepaid at Vodafone store shantinagar. First it was post paid I converted post paid to prepaid paying a sum of Rs 780/-. I got connection for a day or two and its since past 2 days there is no network and no service at all. There is no network services as well no service at all on my nos 08879219712. When I dial from another phone I am getting message that phone is switched. Kindly attend to this problem at earliest as this seems to be unjustified when my validity period of 84 days are being lost.
