Hi
My name is Suman meesala from nizampet, Hyderabad.
I’m a Vodafone postpaid customer.
Hereby, I want to raise a complaint on Vodafone because of issues I faced .
No network from day 1 inside my house, sometimes even after coming out, signals won’t come.
Today full day no network outside also.
I’m not living in forest area, it’s Hyderabad nizampet and still they can’t provide network, but not proving any resolutions even after many complaints, they are just closing the complaints tickets without calling me.
Some when signal there, then also 4g network speed won’t come. They are charging me unnecessarily monthly plan amount without network.
Multiple times I went to Vodafone centre to change my connection from postpaid to prepaid, they are not ready to do that.
Staff is also not responsible and giving proper reply. They are very rude.
They are looting my money.
I want to raise complaint on regard of all these issues I faced till today.
I want resolution as soon as possible from them.
I want justice for all the headaches I faced because of them till today and for the money paid without network.
