Have been unable to use the 4G sim allotted to 7032905103 for the past 11 weeks because Airtel could not ensure proper network coverage in Puthoorkara, an area in Thrissur city, where I have been staying ever since the Kerala floods forced me to leave my own home. With it being impossible to make even local phone calls or use the internet in any manner over the last 79 days, why should I pay this month’s bill? Please waive off the entire sum amounting to Rs 472.
