I had transferred my number to vodafone postpaid on November 2018 because in my office location only vodafone works. Bt from 2019 January i started facing serious network issue. I complained a lot of time regarding this issue, keep getting the answer that there is a work going and will be fixed very soon. But it has come to 2020 and still the issue is not fixed. I have changed from postpaid to prepaid just to make sure that i am able to use the phone in my office area. It has come to 2020 and still the issue is not fixed. During the lockdown i came back to my hometown thinking that atleast here the network will be good. Bt over here its more pathetic. I have to go near my balcony and stand over there just to get an otp for my banking stuff. I am in a situation that only so that i can use it in mu office i am having this provider. I don’t know where to complaint. I am just recharging every month just to make sure i receive messages from bank and get otp. But i am really fed up of this network. Instead of wasting the money on advertisement stuff, why don’t they improve there network. Customers will come automatically. I know the network will not improve even aftet complaining. I am looking for a complete refund from January 2019 till date…
