It is really frustrating that I am not able to use my mobile inside my house. The network disappears the moment i enter my house. I have raised multiple complaint but your Customer service come back with the same standard response “We are upgrading”. If a Customer is not able to use the services, tell me a good reason to stay with with company. I have been using your service from 2011 and never had such an issue. I am missing my office cab on a regular basis because my number is “not reachable”. Who is going to compensate for this?? I expect a resolution for my complain or else I will be force to do the number port. I hope you wont like to lose a genuine Customer and resolve my issue at the earliest. The complain was raised on the 7th of October 2019 and it has been more than 10 days and I am still facing the same problem. I will escalate it to the highest level if the issue is not resolved
