Good afternoon,
I don’t have a complaint per se but I have a service request. I am living in a place called Rangamati near Malbazar, Jalpaiguri district West Bengal. Presently, I recieve signal tower on my phone however, there seem to be no connectivity. I see full network strength but browsing data service is very weak and calls also take a lot of time to connect which is resulting in lot of problems. I am serving in Army and have a very strong liking towards Airtel. I request if a service representative of your company can visit my location and assist in improving network facilities at my current place of residence. It will be a huge favour. I also want to bring to your notice that there are 300-400 users at the same location, since it is an army unit, who are affected by this issue.
