Gujarat rey technology company. I applied via quicker job. From rey technology company tgey foeced to sign me in the fake agreement. But with out my knowledge i singned out it. They forced me to sign. Without knowing about the rey technology company. I provide ny photo copy and adharcard details. They sent me link for signing and forced me via call and i signed with out my knowledge. I started form filling work and completed within 8days and submitted my work. But they mailung ur an error of 90%so u have to pay the penalty amount rupees 6800₹.i told i dont have money ill pay in 2 days. But even though they have not cleared my doubts. No reply call. Later they mailed me some fake complaint on me under 73,74,75 legal advisor used to harrase me often by black mailing often. But after that i call rey technology company. But those num ber doesn’t exist. They i left about all tgese but after 10 months y a man called from rey technology company. And mailed about same section. And told my details. And harrase me by calling often i was very scared about it. The government should take legal steps. Against those persons. Please

registered on quicker.com for part time jobs. Then i get an email from ray technologies gujrat for a online data filling job. They made a fake agreement which is attached below for 11 months on 100rs bond on 22 jan 2020 . I came to know that this company is fake. i log in into their website and do any work. Then on 1 ST FEB i received a phone call. If i want to solve this matter i have to pay a penalty of 6700 rs.” i DON’T paid that amount. After that i received another phone call from noc department of company and he said i have to pay 12500 to cancel the contract with company. Otherwise company will register fir against you.”i DON’T paid that amount also.

We appreciate your Hard work which you have done day/night without seeing the time for the company to achieve the goal of 90% of the accuracy to get payment from the company , or may some time happens that not all time but some time helpline have not reply of your mail due to your not understanding the question and when you raise your Question you be on Quick but you must know that there is so much other reply of the customer they need to give answer too, When Lawyer called you please don’t we so frustrated we called you to resolve your matter and your issue and Which case has been assign to us and you must know in the agreement comes under these categories non submission / QC fail then you need to make payment of registration fees to our client else If you don’t make payment to our client as per an Indian Contract Act 1872 section 17 shall be imposed on you for negligence of payment and We also want to inform you that section 420 of IPC shall be imposed on you for doing fraud with our client for non payment of Registration amount and for what so ever condition it is not acceptable.
