Text of Complaint by Leela wadhwana:

My Airtel number is 9892870029.

Im unable to make calls or msg anyone and unable to use internet.

Everything in the phone setting is proper. (Flight mode is not on, LTE 4g/3g/2g is on)

I switched off my phone and checked again yet the same Network problem.

And it shows ‘SIM 1 NOT ALLOWED’.

I guess there is problem in the SIm card.

Due to lock down i havent taken the phone to serive centre.

Let me know how to resolve this problem on 9004425243.
