Text of Complaint by Harshwardhan Mane:

We call number of time to your customer care for the issue of my Tata sky device that is register mobile number-9422966379. I have problem the set of box from 10 july 20 to 27 july 20, I have not view your Tata sky as per the conversion online executive they have told me we will refund amount & Our actual issue near the signal dish round part, but they have replace box & charge me Rs.400/- that is not fault at actual, because they have visited 5 time, Frist time given remote Rs.200 & set of box set but run only 30 Minute, Next day they have replaced new box it is also run 1 hours , then I again call costumer care to send proper technician at my location, they come & investigate it is found at the location of dish round signal part was not working, not an box fault, so my request to you please look into.

Also note this round part was replace during my tatasky location change by you technician by Mr.Mahendra Gumladu -8888363178, 10 month ago through cash pay, that time hi has told me through company it was charge more, hence as per my advice it was change but hi has feet wrong dish TV part to tatasky set of box, which was identify your technician Mr.Rahul Mane -9112449938. The same time I was call to mahendra why you feet another part to my tatasky , hi not accept telling me arrogance. Also the note your Mr, Mahendra telling me why you call tatasky customer care, if you go through us we will repaced the same & also they have told me Rs1200 for new box which was you have give me Rs.400/-

Mr. Mahendra donning Fraud work as technician from tatasky, they not prefer service  through tatasky , they prefer through they only which was benefit to him directly, you need to investigate matter let me know, during this matter I will also with you please call us.
