I have shifted to another location in the same city and so filed a request for the same for the airtel broadband connection that I had. The place where I was living earlier had fiber optics connection with 200mbs speed. After filling the request I got a call that the new location does not have fiber optics and the max speed I will get there will be 24mbps. I argued but there was no option so I had to take it,the first time I got upset about airtel and the connection. My sister has classes on weekends and I have my office on weekdays so I asked them to shift the connection on friday evening which is fine as the guy came and did all the wiring required but he didn’t get the right modem as we had the one for fiber optics which would not work for the copper one. He said he’ll be bringing it in a few hours or will arrange it the same day or by Saturday morning. It is Monday now and I have my office meetings and my work which requires a good connection and mobile hotspot is not feasible. I am super pissed with the company and their service as we’ve filed complaints many a times since Saturday but neither did anyone come with the modem nor is that guy picking up my phone. Kindly do something about it. I want my connection right now or kindly return my money which I paid in advance for 3 months, I don’t want such company’s service anymore.
