Text of Complaint by SMA Rizvi:

I visited the Airtel Store at Saki Vihar Road on 06 Jan 19 for migration of my physical SIM to ESIM (Mobile No. 9869444564). However the lady attending did not have much clue about it. Now while migrating to ESIM, my number was blocked, forcing me to visit the same Store again. This time again, instead of a New SIM they put some pre-activated SIM of some other customer in my phone and initiated the activation process. This I realized when I dialed from my mobile phone and it reflected someone else number on the receiver handset. Since then I have made 05 trips to the same Store without much help from the Staff. All my efforts to contact the Staff (including ms. Ishaa) was unsuccessful as they do not pick up the call. I am uploading this complaint on your portal as the last measure.
