I have Jio Giga Fiber activated almost a week back. Your team were very prompt while installation. Within 2 hrs the money was debited online (₹4500) and i was promised that next day the engineer will come and do the installation. Since then its 7 days and i am struggling for internet connectivity. Raised many complaints to customer care but in vain.
Jio seems to have very prompt service for prospective customers. But once we become your customer then jio care doesn’t care. Interestingly your team has defined TAT if I want to cancel. But are unable to give me TAT for resolution.
Very disappointed very frustrated (especially with your supervisor team). To add more salt, I called up customer care today and they are saying that the SR that was raised on 15 May has been resolved on 16 May. This is some serious tampering of systems from backend because till today the issue is not resolved.
Very conveniently the systems have been tampered so that they do not miss the TAT. but the reality is that the issue is not resolved and I as a consumer is still suffering because of this negligence and inappropriate behavior by JIO customer care team especially their supervisors (who are strategically never available on floor).
Hoping that some strict action will be taken.
