I have not been getting access to the internet since the past 3-4 days. I am not able to register a complaint on the MyJio app, neither have I been able to diagnose the issue. The app doesn’t work and on calling the manager and engineer, they repeatedly tell me to register a complaint instead of taking a look at my issue. I have called over 50 times to no help by the Manager Keshav (+919318489651) or the engineer Sohel Khan (+917982651374)
