Text of Complaint by Suman Concessao:

Hi,
Our internet services stopped working from around 11.45 pm on 5th July 2021 . I called Jio fiber’s helpline no and the agent informed there was no outage in my area and added he wud arrange a Jio tech to visit my house in 24 hours to check and resolve the issue. After the call I noticed an SMS on my phone from Jio mentioning internet services are affected due to an outage. I called Jio again and they accepted there was an outage and said it wud get resolved by 5 am . Since services were still not restored till 10 am next morning , I again called Jio and they said restoration of services will take more time and it wud get resolved by afternoon on 6/7/2021 . I requested to speak to a manager and was informed they do not have any process of call escalation and the agent said he wud request a manager to call me. I haven’t rec’d a single call from any Jio manager till the time I am submitting this email. Since services were restored by afternoon of 6/7, I again called Jio care and was informed that restoration of internet services wud take more time and it wud get resolved by night of 6th July. On 7july I again called Jio care only to be told restoration of services wud take more time.
Issue still persisted on 8th July. In the morning around 10:15 I got an SMS from Jio fiber stating internet service restoration wud happen only by 11/7/2021.
In the afternoon at 2.04 pm (8/7) I rec’d another SMS from Jio fiber stating services have been restored but I checked at around 3 pm our services were still not restored.Red light was blinking on the router inspite of rebooting. Called couple of other users in the area and they too confirmed internet services were still not working. Called Jio cust care and they insisted that outage is resolved and over. They promised to send a tech to check on the issue but the advisor ms. Vaishali hung up the call on requesting to speak to a manager. I was not informed within what time frame the tech wud arrive. Later at around 4.25 pm, I received call from Jio fiber cust care executive Mr Saurabh Pandey stating Jio tech will visit my house around 5 pm and they will definitely resolve the internet connectivity issue by 6 pm.  At the time of sending this email, I am still awaiting the Jio technician’s visit.
All this shows the pathetic state of affairs of Jio fiber company. It shows without any doubt it is an unprofessional company which doesn’t care to provide even basic services even though they always take money for the month in advance. My subscription is paid until 12/7/2021.
They are a bunch of totally unprofessional and shameless people in Jio fiber co.
I am disabled in one leg and my only source of income is day trading in equity stocks which is affected due to Jio co.
My mate’s job too is at stake since she is unable to do any work. Since outbreak of pandemic she has been working from home.
I wish the concerned authorities takes stringent action on Jio fiber co and imposes heavy penalty on the Co and ensures they conduct their business ethically.

I have all the call recordings of the conversations I had from 5/7 midnight until 4.35 pm of 8/7/2021 with Jio fiber executives.
