I hve been usingvand recharging my prepaid airtel( odisha) on regularcbasis. But there is no data connection ( rarely i get very slow internet). Today i complained to their customer care & the lady( sasmita) pushed me to convert my 3G sim to 4G; and i refused bcz if they are unable to provide 3G service then how come they will provide 4G service to me???!!! Then she rudely replied my problem can not be resolved as I am ignorant about technology!!!!( i hve recorded whole conversation for future reference). Then she told me I hve to suffer same slow connectivity!!!( really trained customer service). I did my last recharge on 13th Jan 2019. This is a kind of cheating to customer. And it causes us unnecessary mental strain.
