I have lodged a service complaint on 10th sep. The service engineer came to my home and said that due to nighttime they can’t do anything and only someone who has installed the connection have to fix that and they will come tomorrow 11sep in the morning, but still no one has come to fix the service and the customer care representative keep saying that it is a problem with local cable operators, without sending sending some engineer to really see what the actual problem is.
