my mobile no.is 9987727466, i have not done any recharge in Airtel from last 1 year, now they stop my incoming calls service, and force me to do recharge to activate incoming service, So finally 2 days before I did recharge of 169 for unlimited calling, 1.00 GB per day. Now the worst thing is their is no internet network i received in my office nor in my home. i not able to see even my whatsapp msg. So my complaint is if you are not able to give service to us why you force us to do recharge and why you deactivate incoming services.
Due to airtel poor service i port my another no.into JIO who giving us good service not as bad as Airtel.
