Text of Complaint by Shyama Prasad Mukhopadhyay:

I have TATA SKY broadband vide id- S4101455999. Though the recharge was done before the expiry, yet the connectivity stopped. I tried to contact customer care several times, but there was no response. If this is the case of a private company then the impression of the TATA’s calibre is in doubt. Kindly restore the connection at the earliest or give me the justification of present condition
