Dear Sir/Madam,
I have no internet connection from 14th May 2020. I complained immediately they are told me within 24 hours will solve the problem. Also send me a message in my phone that your problem will solved in 15th May 2020 11:30 AM. Even they told me our network engineer will call you after solve the problem. But still no one call me and my problem are not solve. I contact many times to customer care they are told me your problem will solve immediately.
I also told them that when inserting Airtel sim that time internet connection are working but have problem only at Vodafone sim.
You know that time we worked at home for lockdown. Our service are fully depend on internet. If we have no internet connection how will provide the service. Why network engineer is not call me?
