Text of Complaint by Amrit Galav:

The internet connection went off on 18th Jan 2021 around 2am. 1st I complained to the local tata sky broadband people who had installed the connection, they said it will be resolved by 11am on 18th. Then around 5.50pm I raised a complain on tata sky broadband customer care, they said it will be done in 24hrs. Have made 7 calls to them by now, now on 21st Jan 9.55pm I still don’t have connection. And no message from customer care also. Customer ID C2101888917.
