Today is the first day of my broadband installation, and there is no internet !!
Shame on Airtel for cheating on customers.
I have paid 3500/- for this defunct service !!
On calling complaint number 121, a pre recorded messagesays there is congestion in your area.
They owe me an apology and an immediate resolution to this crisis
