Since 22 may 2020 I am unable to access my internet. I complaint for this but no response from the ISP. On 28 may my recharge is over so they called me told to recharge for further action on my complaint as my connection is showing inactive. After the conversation I recharged my plan. Now again is no response from excitel from the date of recharge. 14 days have passed still there is no response from them on any platform.
Excitel looted my money(₹4999/-). They are not providing me service for which I paid them money.
Kindly help me in my problem.
