No 4G network in my home for last 3 months. Visited vodafone store gotri vadodara 3 ones, replaced sim but no improvement. Have to take hotspot from jio sim which my wife uses. I have already made payment for an year and since the beginning of the lockdown this started (when I needed the most) they charged everytime when I called ay customer care and then also no solution to my problems.
I would sincerely say to either return my money or correct it at the earliest.
Even if you correct, who will pay for my loss of last 3 months?
