I have been without internet for the last two weeks. I have rang at least eight times and each time I have been given a different answer to my problem. I was told that an engineer would look into my issue and three days later I was informed that it was fixed. However it was not, I rang again and was told that they would look into it tomorrow for me but I still didn’t receive any word back from them. I rang again and was told that they would send me out a new modem and that this would take three to five working days. When that time came I still had not received it so I rang again and was told that it would take a further three days. When it finally came it didn’t solve my problem so I rang them again and was told that it would take a further three days to get an engineer to look at the line. I rang twice after and was told that the issue would be resolved by that Wednesday however when I rang again I was told that it would take a further three to five business days. I am still without internet.
