Our fiber net internet service is down since Friday night due cycloan. But despite repeated complaints the net connection is still not restored. We were told Mr.Balaji Kankaraj (08047615197) will attended to our problem to day at least . He is not reachable on phone and does not pickup the call. When called to 9840012345 no positive action has been taken since three days. All the other service providers in our flat have restored their services promptly. Why not Air tel. Sorry to state that I am very unhappy with your service. On expiry of our current balance, will seriously think of changing to another subscriber . Take serious action action and restore as soon possible.
