Text of Complaint by Mrs O P Johnson:

I HAVE HAD NO INTERNET SINCE 16-01-22 I phoned to be told there was a fault & it would be fixed by 17th ,phoned again on 17th took over 1hr for a human to answer he said an engineer would be out within 48hrs. Phoned again (another hr & half before anyone answered) to be told I’ve had Internet problems since Nov 9th & I will get a bill reduction but that’s not the point I HAVE NO INTERNET. So because you’ve broken the contract I think I also have the right to go elsewhere without penalty.
