I’ve ordered a Boat Bluetooth headset from Flipkart @advance payment of rupees 1099/- on 6th of July’22 and at that time delivery date was give from Flipkart was 8th July’22 but on 8th July’22 it was not delivered, I raised a complaint over Flipkart Customer care, they informed that due to some unforseen reasons delivery is getting delayed, and you will get the product on or before 14th Aug’22, but same this was repeated on 14th, again product was not delivered and next commitment was done by Flipkart was 18th July’22, but in between that on 16th July’22 I got call from Flipkart escalation team that sir this product is not being possible to ship from seller due to some technical reasons and you just cancel your first order and place new order and whatever will be difference in price of both the orders that we will honor post delivery of the 2nd product. Same on 16th Aug’22 I’ve cancelled first order and placed new order @advance payment again of rupees Rs 1499/- and delivery date was given to me of 18th Aug’22, then again same this has repeated, product not shipped from seller end and not delivered to us. Next dats given by Flipkart team to me was of today 21st Aug’22 but as of now it is showing product is yet to be shipped from seller’s address i.e Orisa. There is no any possibility I’m observing to get the product delivered by today. This is happening from a single supplier and that is Buzzinda, why Flipkart and consumer forum is not taking any action against this seller I don’t know. How Flipkart will compensation my this wastage of time and keeping my advance money with them I don’t know. Please help immediately ?
