I have NOT been able to read a book. I login and go through ALL the HELP and it does not apply.
There is mention of IF no help found I will be contacted with live help.
There is no CONTACT supplied or directions of HOW WHERE and WHEN to GET so called contact help. I have not even been able to send a request or feedback. In the Kindle app there is a FEEDBACK section. I wrote it up and it said UNABLE to send. TRY LATER. why ? When ?
No way of contacting support even though I am logged in and registered as a customer.
FRAUD is claiming they will help and do not follow through. Avoid helping. Deny access to help.
SPECIFICS of my example of problem :
On my kindle ebook, What’s in the Way is the Way, goes to page 125 and does NOT go to pages 126 through 130. Right Arrow Click or direct ____ ###
That is just an example that occurs in MOST of this book.
I have resynced, deregistered and redownloaded.
I even went tro a prior KINDLE version 1.31 to remove DRM to save as a text file – which FAILED.
I can NOT read the book as it is.
