Did a recharge of 699 in which prime membership is included, however the same has not been activated. I hv been trying to call 198 but i can never reach operator, tried calling 121 but it does not connect, tried mailing them but they my email id is not registered even though it has been verified as per my thanks app, tried complaining by airtel thanks app but its an automated chat version n it says contact 121 only.
It has been a nightmare trying to connect airtel. I then contacted amazon about this they said get a 32 digit partner id from airtel to activate prime membership, however there is no way to contact any person in airtel.
This is the third time this has happened, i hv no option but to spend extra money to get this prime membership.
This is full fledged scam by airtel n amazon is partner in this. Action must be taken up against such companies.
