Issued my Vodafone sim card 4 years back and I was told that incoming will be free lifetime on card. Being postpaid user for almost 3 years and now I changed it to prepaid because of cheap plans. Suddenly I got a message that incoming will be stopped from 13th Jan if I fail to recharge my card with minimum balance of 35 or more. If I was promised free incoming calls on my card then how come they can suddenly charge.
