Text of Complaint by Srinidhi Mergu:

I don’t understand why my second data plan doesn’t get activated until my first data plan gets expired. This is so inconvenient because I cannot use my second data plan if my first data plan doesn’t have sufficient data for my daily usage. I have to wait till my first plan gets expired. airtel should provide more flexibility to their users. It is very frustrating.
